It's clearly a farce. We must be in the Ghost Zone somewhere, in some pocket where they've decided to play pretend that we're in "Heaven." What a joke.
Because that's all there is. The Ghost Zone can be anything you make it. Pockets of it can access anything, anywhere, and you can build whatever lair you want in it. Or, in this case, themed prison.
