From what I heard, Oceanside City was destroyed in a villain attack about a month ago. If this is the state of the city now after that long of a time, they're probably in more trouble than we really think they are.

The leaders have been here for some months already, and if it's only been the eight of them I can see why they need the extra help. What I don't see is why they waited so long, and why us. Nobody's been able to answer that part for me either. It's not like everyone here has had experience with this kind of thing before.

If people are struggling with how to use theirs, they could even find people with something similar to train that way. Learn to use their abilities even better to carry them through the competition.
