It seems to me bringing them in here with you and letting them vent off a little steam together is a good start.

We've all been reduced to this. But you gotta make the best of it, and try to do what you can. Even if it's out of your wheelhouse. Neither of us could have stopped them from doing what they did. The important thing is now moving forward.
