There's Tucker, I've known him since we were basically in diapers. He's a huge tech geek and he can be kind of a scaredy-cat sometimes, but he always comes through. And Sam, she's like a hardcore goth vegan, she does a lot of protesting stuff which is sometimes pretty cool, but sometimes gets us in deep trouble.
There's also Valerie. She's really cool, super driven. She's like a master at martial arts! We don't hang out as much, though, since Tuck and Sam don't really like her.
Ehhh. [ waggles hand ] Sometimes when people die, they make ghosts. Sometimes, they don't. Usually, the ones who form ghosts are the ones who, uh, went out pretty badly. But it's not like a hard and fast rule or anything.
Plus, there's plenty of ghosts who were never alive to begin with. I think they're just...ecto-energy that forms around an idea until it becomes something.
I don't think it's so important to keep it secret here, but...basically? I got electrocuted to death.
My parents built a portal to the Ghost Zone in the basement. I tried to fix it, tripped, hit the on switch while I was inside of it, and zap! I don't really get all the science behind it--I think something about dying in a ton of ecto-energy simultaneously killed me but then also brought me back to life? [ shrugs. he's not too worried about the mechanics of it! ]
Oh man, they really do. [ one of those friends literally killed him. ] They even help me out with all the ghosts that attack the town! [ she is fully responsible for his death ]
Oh yeah. It's pretty constant. Sometimes it's nothing more than the Box Ghost being a nuisance again [ rolls his eyes ] but then sometimes the whole town gets ripped out of the earth and dumped into another dimension.
