[ well. danny is here now, visiting her in the jail. he doesn't talk for a moment, just trying to gauge how she is now that trial is over and she's not surrounded by literally everyone. ]
A long time ago, Trinity was made up of three different schools. Eventually they all signed a treaty and over time they turned into one school. But there was a fourth school, Arius, that refused to join them and fell into ruin. Trinity and Arius have been bitter enemies ever since.
Then there's Gehenna. A terrible, chaotic school. But one that Nagisa, as a host of the Tea Party, was going to sign a peace treaty with. Not to merge, but to cease fire.
In secret, I allied with Arius. I sent assassins after my friends so that I could take over the Tea Party, sabotage the treaty with Gehenna, and lead Trinity into war against them.
Seia was hurt badly. Nagi I intended to imprison so that I wouldn't have to kill her. For a while I was even led to believe that Seia had been killed, and I continued on anyway.
... And I did it out of nothing but hate for Gehenna.
... In the end, Seia recovered and my plan was dissolved. The Eden Treaty was signed, and after... a little bit more trouble, Arius faded back into the shadows.

Huh. So a case of choosing the lesser evil? Choosing to kill if it means a better outcome?
no subject
Rather than thinking about it as if there are lesser evils, it was simply a matter of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend."
I don't think anyone who nearly gets their best friends killed can claim that they were thinking of a lesser evil.
no subject
...why'd you do all that?

... And I did it out of nothing but hate for Gehenna.

What a joke.

Sounds about right, honestly. The only thing life loves more than karma is being unfair.
