I don't think Nimona is ever "allowed" to do anything. She just does it anyway.

It seems the most possible. And yes, I suppose Nimona-chan has quite a fierce personality. One would imagine if anything were to occur, she would be leading the charge. It's quite admirable in a way.

It's quite rare to see, isn't it? Someone who is both willing and able to lead others when few others would want to. Certainly, she is still young and rather unexperienced in doing so, but I've seen others grow up to be fine leaders.

I think "able" to lead is taking it a bit far. I don't think she was leading anything so much as she was just rampaging in the same direction that the others wanted to go too.
