...it gets harder every week. Losing anyone isn't good at all, of course, but the fewer of us there are, the more likely it is that someone is going to wind up really hurt by the loss. Because we're all getting to know each other better too.

He did a lot for a lot of people.

He was the first adult I ever met that actually told me it's okay not to take so many things onto my own shoulders just because of what I am.

And if it wasn't for him I think Nico or I or both of us might have died weeks ago. We wouldn't have made it back from that field trip without him.
