Not much to tell. I wanted to destroy everything, so I did. There wasn't anything or anyone left that could stop me.

Yeah, but like. How.

I'm a ghost. And I...used to be much more powerful than I am now. No other ghost could stop me. And the human world is generally ill-equipped to deal with ghosts. It was child's play.

Obviously not now, with my powers suppressed. And even then, I got shoved back into a human body, so...it's more like being a ghost part-time, now.

I said I got shoved into a human body. It isn't mine--I'm not sixteen.

Uhhh, right, okay, so how old are you, then?

There's more than one answer to that, for me. But for the sake of simplicity, let's go with 26.

Oh, 26 is the younger end of possible ages I could have given you.

You only think that because my appearance makes anything I do seem like teenage behavior.

No, I'm pretty sure it's because you act like one.

[ now she's just fucking with him, really. he does actually kind of remind her of mylo sometimes. ]

So what do you really look like? This but older?

[ glares at her for a second...but realizes that fighting that point any further will only make him look more like a teenager. growth! ]

I said the body's not mine. No, I was much bigger. And older, yes. I looked a lot less human.

Huh. [ ... ] Ghost isn't the weirdest thing I've ever heard, I guess. Hey, did your - thing, your game, your last round, whatever - did it have wishes?

Wishes? No, not really. Why?

Just curious if you would've picked a different form if you had them.

Oh. No, we didn't have wishes, but we had a book we could write into that would make whatever we put in there real.

I remember writing in that I would be able to return to my old form, but...I don't know. Something strange happened. [ furrows his brow in confusion ]

Oh, no, that's different. I don't have my powers here either. But my old appearance...I haven't been able to go back to that even before I got here.

Huh. [ frowns. ] Something out there things you look better this way, I guess.

Something out there has it out for me, then. But that's nothing new.
