It's okay. [ ... ] If I'm honest, even Reigen's killer... I'm selfish, so I wanted to know who did it, because he's a friend. But Reigen himself looked guilty of some pretty messed up stuff when he defended himself from Yae Miko. Maybe whoever did it had a stupid message like I did, and thought he was a better target, the way I did Sigrun. Maybe they didn't mean for it to be that bad the same way Reigen hadn't meant for it.

I'm not the kind of guy who can forgive them, even in that scenario, but being better at killing people doesn't make me good.
